BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

The Box Office is open Wednesday – Saturday from Noon – 6:00 PM and 90 minutes prior to any ticketed event. Please check announcements for changes to Box Office hours due to holidays or events.

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A picture ID is required with all credit card transactions. Personal checks, money orders, or traveler’s checks are not accepted.

All ticket sales at the Theater Box Office are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.

When calling Ticketmaster, do not respond to the automated system or push any buttons. You will then be transferred to a live service representative to take your ticket order.

We regret that our Box Office is not a Ticketmaster outlet. We only sell tickets to performances at the Mahaffey from the Theater's Box Office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

WILL CALL

Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up as early as 90 minutes prior to the event. The customer must present a picture ID to pick up their tickets.

SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS

The Progress Energy Center for the Arts - Mahaffey Theater is proud to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act. We offer handicapped parking, curb cuts and ramps for easy access, theater seating to accommodate wheelchairs and companions, accommodations for sight impaired patrons, handicapped accessible restrooms, and assistive listening devices (available at the Theater Concierge Desk). A picture I.D. and refundable deposit are required at time of use for assistive listening devices.

If you have a special need, please inform your ticket sales associate when purchasing tickets. If you have questions or need further information, please call the Box Office at 727.892.5767. We will gladly assist you in making any arrangements needed to ensure that your visit is enjoyable.

CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES

The use of cameras or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the Theater.

SECURITY

We are committed to providing a safe, secure environment for our patrons and performers. Guests attending Theater events should be advised that all persons entering the Theater and their belongings are subject to search. Packages, backpacks, briefcases, cameras, recording and electronic devices are not permitted inside the Theater.

No food, alcoholic beverages, cans or bottles are allowed on the premises.

Patrons bringing such items into the theater will be required to return them to their vehicles. We regret that we are unable to check these items at the Theater.

SMOKING

The Theater is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking patio outside the Theater only.

THEATER ETIQUETTE/LATE SEATING

Please turn off all cellular phones and beepers upon entering the theater. Please plan on arriving at least 40 minutes before showtime. As a courtesy to our guests and performers, latecomers will be seated at the management's discretion.
